Behind every order that leaves our warehouse is a well-organised operation. As an All-Round Warehouse Employee, you make sure our stock is accurate, products are stored in the right place and the day-to-day warehouse operations run smoothly.

L’OYÉ Cosmetics is a fast-growing make-up brand based in Eindhoven. Every day, new products and stock arrive at our headquarters in Eindhoven, while hundreds of customer orders are processed. You make sure everything around these activities is well organised.

You have a practical, hands-on mindset, keep an overview, see what needs to be done and don't wait for someone to ask you. No two days are the same, and that variety is exactly what makes this role enjoyable.

What will you be doing?

As an All-Round Warehouse Employee, you will take on a wide range of responsibilities and help ensure that our warehouse is well organised every day. Your role goes beyond processing orders: you will also be involved in inventory management, receiving goods and keeping the warehouse organised and efficient.

Your responsibilities will include:

• checking and processing incoming goods and storing them in the correct location;
• replenishing stock and ensuring products are stored correctly and neatly;
• carrying out stock counts and identifying any discrepancies;
• identifying shortages, discrepancies and other inventory issues in a timely manner;
• labelling and processing products;
• picking, checking and packing orders and preparing them for shipment;
• keeping the warehouse clean, safe and logically organised;
• supporting the team during product launches, campaigns and other busy periods;
• contributing ideas on how we can make our warehouse processes smarter and more efficient.

You won't spend your entire day doing just one task. You keep an overview, set priorities and step in wherever needed. Together with the Team Leader and your colleagues, you make sure the daily operations run smoothly and all packages are ready for shipment on time.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who sees what needs to be done and simply gets it done.

You:

• work accurately and in an organised manner;
• are good at keeping an overview and setting priorities;
• take responsibility for your work;
• can work independently but also enjoy working as part of a team;
• enjoy taking on a variety of tasks;
• don't mind being physically active;
• can handle busy periods and changing priorities;
• are reliable and keep your commitments;
• speak and understand Dutch or English.

Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics or inventory management is a plus. Experience with an inventory or warehouse management system is also an advantage, but not required. What matters most to us is that you can work independently, take responsibility and like to make sure things are properly organised.
