Your role as a TikTok Paid Specialist

As a TikTok Paid Specialist, you'll be responsible for setting up, managing and optimizing paid campaigns on TikTok. You know exactly how to appeal to our target audience and know how to combine creative content and data-driven strategy to achieve maximum impact.

What will you do?

Develop and execute high-performing TikTok advertising campaigns (conversion & engagement focused)

Testing different creatives, audiences and formats within TikTok Ads Manager

Analyze performance and optimize on KPIs such as CPA, ROAS and CTR

Briefing content creators and collaborating with the internal content team for strong visuals

Contribute to the broader paid social strategy in collaboration with the performance team

What will you bring?

At least 2 years of experience with TikTok advertising within e-commerce or agency environment

Strong knowledge of TikTok Ads Manager and relevant KPIs

Creative insight combined with an analytical, results-oriented approach

Affinity with beauty, fashion or lifestyle is a plus

Independent, proactive and structured in your work
