L'OYÉ Cosmetics is growing fast and you can accelerate that growth. We are looking for an experienced Senior Performance Marketing Specialist who not only runs campaigns, but forms strategy. Also with an eye on the international growth L'OYÉ is going to make. Someone who breathes paid acquisition, understands data, embraces creativity and knows how to build a brand scalably in a competitive beauty market. You will manage our paid channels, develop the roadmap and ensure that every euro yields a measurable return.

What you will do

• You are ultimately responsible for all our paid acquisition channels (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.). From strategy and set-up to optimization and reporting.
• You will develop a scalable performance marketing strategy and translate brand and business goals into profitable campaigns.
• You will build data structures, tracking flows, dashboards and attribution frameworks that help us make smarter and faster decisions.
• You drive continuous improvement in account structures, target audiences and campaigns. ROAS, CPA and LTV hold no secrets for you.
• Together with brand and the social team, you brief rock-solid creatives that ensure higher CTRs, lower acquisition costs and better funnel performance.
• You lead experiments and A/B testing, translating insights into clear next steps.
• You closely follow market and platform developments and ensure that L'OYÉ is always ahead of the curve.
• You constantly check and improve our account structures: campaigns according to best practices, maximum ROAS and aligned with business goals.
• Weekly and monthly you will deliver reports with concrete insights and recommendations for improvement.
• You will work with Triple Whale to read ads data and translate those insights directly into targeted optimizations for better performance (ROAS/MER/CAC).

What you bring

• 5-7 years of experience in performance marketing, e.g. within Social Media Marketing agencies.
• Proven growth successes with Google Ads, Meta Ads and Tiktok ads, you have hard numbers to back it up.
• Expert knowledge in GA4, Shopify analytics, Social ads, tracking, attribution and audience segmentation.
• Senior mindset: you think not only in clicks and conversions, but in business impact, lifetime value and scalability.
• You connect data with creativity and inspire teams to become even better.
• Ownership, strategic insight and the ability to spot opportunities before others see them.
• You communicate clearly, work independently and know how to bring teams along with ambitions.
