Your role as Senior Meta Paid Advertising Specialist

As a Senior Meta Paid Advertising Specialist, you are
Responsible for strategically setting up, managing and optimizing
campaigns within the Meta ecosystem (Facebook, Instagram, Messenger). You are
results-oriented, analytically strong and know how to translate data into effective
growth strategies.

What will you do?

• Develop and execute full-funnel ad campaigns within Meta Ads Manager
• Optimize on KPIs such as ROAS, CPA and CTR using data analysis and A/B testing
• Brief and collaborate with the creative team for conversion-oriented ads
• Proactively monitor trends and innovations within Meta and translate them into opportunities
• Report campaign results to the marketing team and advise on next steps

What will you bring with you?

• At least 3 years of experience with Meta advertising within e-commerce
• Proven track record in profitably scaling campaigns
• Experience with tools such as Meta Ads Manager, GA4 and Looker Studio
• Analytically strong, independent, structured and strategic mindset
• Affinity with beauty, fashion or lifestyle is a plus
