Your role as Social Media Manager

As Social Media Manager at L'OYÉ Cosmetics, you will be responsible for the strategic and operational management of all our social media channels. You breathe social, are always on top of the latest trends, and know how to build, engage and activate communities. You have experience setting up and scaling social strategies for brands with a social-first approach.

 What will you do?

Develop and implement the social media strategy, aligned with our brand objectives

Manage and optimize our presence on Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn and YouTube

Lead the content planning process in collaboration with the creative team

Actively managing and building the community; interacting with followers and influencers

Analyze results and continuously adjust based on data (engagement, growth, traffic, conversion)

Managing external partners, content creators and internal stakeholders

Identify trends, opportunities and innovative formats for organic visibility and brand activation

What will you bring?

At least 4 years of relevant work experience in a similar role, preferably within e-commerce or beauty/fashion

Proven track record in managing and growing social media for a social-first brand

Excellent knowledge of content strategy, community building and storytelling

Strong sense of visual identity, tone-of-voice and brand consistency

Analytical ability and experience with social media tools (such as Meta Business Suite, Later, Sprout Social and others)

Independence, ownership and a hands-on mentality

Affinity with beauty and our community is a must
