Start date: June 2025
Employment: 32 to 40 hours, available at least 1 day on weekends and 1 shopping night every 2 weeks. Also flexible to work at busy times.
Hours: In accordance with Westfield Mall of the Netherlands opening hours.

Your role as Product Specialist.
As Product Specialist at L'OYÉ, you are the expert who guides customers to the perfect beauty products. Not only do you know how to inspire them in-store, but you are also the point of contact online for professional advice. You will excel in product advice, color advice, checkout work and creating unique beauty experiences.

You are ready to provide customers with a high-quality experience within L'OYÉ Cosmetics and make a significant contribution to the store's success. You will work with KPIs and responsibility for achieving targets, both in sales and customer satisfaction, which will be the foundation for your future growth within the company.

What will you do?

• Ensure optimal service in the store: You will assist customers in the store with expert advice and ensure a pleasant and upscale shopping experience.
• Personalized product advice via WhatsApp: Through our advice line, you'll help customers with expert and customized advice when and where they need it.
• Offering Luxury Beauty Experiences: You will create an exclusive experience for our clients through makeup consultations, skincare advice and customized beauty treatments.
• Optimize customer experience at checkout: You are the last moment of contact with our customers and make sure they leave the store feeling luxurious.
