Your role as HR Business Partner

As HR Business Partner you are responsible for the entire HR spectrum, from inflow to outflow, from policy to practice. You ensure that everything is correct from a legal, organizational and emotional point of view. You are a sparring partner for management and team leads, but also a visible point of contact on the shop floor and in our stores.

Your tasks include:

- Coordinating recruitment, selection and onboarding of new colleagues;
- Supervise absenteeism, performance and development;
- Ensuring careful offboarding and counseling upon exit;
- Coaching team leads in leadership, communication and conflict skills;
- Optimizing HR processes and personnel administration and thinking along at the policy level;
- Monitor and reinforce our culture, values and practices;
- Regular presence in our stores to keep in touch with the practice.

What will you bring?

You are a people-oriented, driven and communicatively strong HR professional. You
connect easily, but also dare to ask critical questions. You are the advisor who keeps management focused and the stable factor that employees can rely on.

Furthermore, you possess:

- A completed college or university degree in HRM, Business Administration or similar.
- Extensive experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role.
- Decisiveness and empathy: you can easily switch between people and processes.
- Knowledge of labor law, absence management and HR policy.
- Experience in a dynamic scale-up or Retail environment is a plus.
- Available for 24-32 hours per week, location Eindhoven.
- Willingness to visit stores and keep in touch with operations.
- Excellent command of the Dutch and English language, both verbal and written.
