Your role as Customer Service Representative
As an experienced customer service representative, you will be the first
point of contact for our customers. Whether it's questions about products,
orders or personal color advice, you are ready with a smile. You
work independently, possibly from home, and are flexibly available outside the
standard office hours.
What will you do?
- Answer customer inquiries via email, phone, WhatsApp and social media.
- Giving personalized color- and product advice.
- Handling orders, returns and complaints.
- Actively participate in our online community and comment on social media.
- Support during product launches, including evening hours.
What will you bring?
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience, preferably in the beauty industry.
- Excellent communication skills in Dutch (oral and written).
- Passion for make-up and a good sense for color and style.
- Independent and proactive work attitude.
- Flexibility to work outside standard office hours (in shifts).
