Vacancy: Store Manager - L'OYÉ Cosmetics Eindhoven

Employment: 36 - 38 hours per week

L'OYÉ Cosmetics is more than a beauty brand, it is an experience, a community and a standard in color. For our flagship store in Eindhoven, we are looking for a strong, decisive Store Manager who breathes hospitality, can bring the team into our culture and knows how to translate commercial targets into concrete results on the floor.

Your role:

As Store Manager, you are ultimately responsible for the store. You set the tone, manage the team and ensure a high-quality customer experience every day. You are visible, involved and know how to not only manage a team, but really build.

• Commercial acumen: You work with KPIs such as conversion, revenue per hour, basket size and customer loyalty. You can analyze, adjust and achieve.

What you will do:

• Direct, coach and motivate the entire team
• Analyze and achieve commercial KPIs
• Provide weekly reporting, planning and performance reviews
• Oversee appearance, inventory, visual merchandising and customer satisfaction
• Induct new employees and develop performance
• Working closely with headquarters for local execution of campaigns and promotions

Hours & availability:

For this role, we are looking for a Store Manager who is present when it matters. This means:

• 32 - 38 hours per week available
• Flexible (at least 1 day on weekends and 1 shopping night every 2 weeks)
• Present at peak times, at launches and important campaign days
