Store Manager - L'OYÉ Beauty Store Leidschendam
Your store, your success.
As Store Manager of L'OYÉ You are the entrepreneur in your own store. You make sure the store runs like a well-oiled machine and lift both your team and the results to the highest level. With a keen eye for KPIs, customer experience and team development, you make the difference every day. Together with head office, you will form one powerful team to take L'OYÉ to the next level.
Your main challenges:
- Drive the business: You are responsible for meeting and exceeding KPIs and sales targets. You translate strategy into concrete actions on the store floor.
- Lead & inspire: You will build a strong and passionate team of Beauty Advisors. You coach, motivate and guide them to continuously grow. Individually and as a team. As a Make-up Artist and as a salesperson.
- Customer excellence: You and your team create an unforgettable experience for every client, from personalized advice to exclusive Beauty Experiences.
- Visual impact: You ensure that the store always shines and perfectly reflects the L'OYÉ brand experience.
- Data-driven work: You closely track sales data, financial results and budgets and translate these insights into improvement actions.
- Operational excellence: From checkout controls to inventory management and from timekeeping to security. You make sure everything runs like clockwork.
- Planning & performance: You will develop monthly plans, create appropriate staffing schedules, and monitor productivity to ensure that the store is performing optimally.
- Flexibility: You will pick up additional challenges outside of your standard duties when necessary, because you see opportunities where others see obstacles. L'OYÉ is a fast-growing company, and you can grow with it with a flexible and proactive attitude.
What do you bring?
- Management experience in Retail, preferably in cosmetics.
- Coaching skills to train and educate a team, and really translate training to the floor.
- Commercial and analytical acumen and the ability to translate these concretely into actions.
- A born leader who not only directs, but leads by example.
- Strong communicator, reliable and clear - a stable factor for the team.

- Working days: Tuesday through Saturday
- Flexibility: Present at peak times, product launches and important campaign days.
- Language: An excellent command of the Dutch language, both oral and written, is required.
