As Assistant Store Manager at L'OYÉ You are the right hand of the Store Manager and the role model on the floor. You live and breathe beauty, radiate energy and ensure that the team shows its best every day. With your passion for Make-up, commercial drive and natural leadership, you will take the store to the next level, and yourself as well.

Your main challenges:

·         Leading by doing: You are the role model on the store floor and motivate the team to meet targets together.

·         Sale & Service: You create a memorable customer experience with personalized advice, beautiful Make-up looks and a smile that keeps customers coming back.

·         Team coach: You will support the Store Manager in training, mentoring and inspiring Beauty Advisors. And you have an important role in following up on trainings facilitated by HQ.

·         Daily operation: You ensure that the store is always running smoothly. From presentation to stock control and from opening and closing the store to team dynamics. In addition, you will be responsible at the time when the Store Manager is absent.

·         Marketing & Events: You are the partner in facilitating everything it takes to make marketing initiatives and events happen in-store. From Influencer appointments to in-store events. You work with HQ to make the store the perfect location for this.

·         Growing with the brand: You pick up additional challenges outside your standard range of duties when necessary, because you see opportunities where others see obstacles. L'OYÉ is a fast-growing company, and you can grow with it with a flexible and proactive attitude.

What do you bring?

• Experience as a Senior Beauty Advisor or Assistant Store Manager, preferably in cosmetics.
• A Commercial outlook, sense of hospitality and a creative nature.
• Analytical acumen and the ability to implement concrete actions to grow numbers.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to motivate people.
• Strong communicator, reliable and clear. A stable factor for the team.

Practical

• Location: L'OYÉ Beauty Store Eindhoven
• Working days: 5 days a week. Of which always Sunday & Mondays plus 2 Saturdays per month.
• Flexibility: Present at peak times, product launches and important campaign days.
• Language: An excellent command of the Dutch language, both oral and written, is required.
