Vacancy: Assistant Store Manager - L'OYÉ Cosmetics Eindhoven
Location: Flagshipstore Demer 23, Eindhoven
Employment: 32 - 36 hours per week (minimum 28 hours)

What you will do:

• Daily management of the team, together with the Store Manager
• Coaching employees in sales, service, appearance and behavior
• Analyzing and achieving commercial KPIs
• Ensuring perfect execution of store presentation and brand experience
• Actively contribute to staff development and performance reviews
• Operational responsibility in the absence of the Store Manager

Hours & availability:

This position requires structural involvement on the floor.
We are looking for someone who:

• Available 32 - 36 hours per week (minimum 28 hours).
• Is flexibly available, including at least 1 day on weekends and 1 shopping night every 2 weeks
• Is available during peak times and vacations
