Kim Begthel White noise is een kleurtje die betoverd. Prachtige blauwe/groene/turkooise glans. En geeft een super tof effect over een donkere oogschaduw heen bijvoorbeeld over crow.

Je kunt deze over veel kleuren doen voor extra glans en effect. Ik ga hem vast gebruiken als ik meer ervaring heb.
