Velvety soft, intense mat, and so easy to blend. Velvet Matte is the matte eyeshadow you can actually use just about anywhere in your eye look. Blend a soft color across your brow bone, create a full mat eyelid, or use a deeper shade to give your eyes more definition.

The soft, almost creamy powder texture provides beautiful color coverage and is easy to build up. Start with a subtle hint of color or build it up layer by layer for more intensity. The formula spreads evenly over the skin and is designed for good adhesion and less fallout. Beautiful on its own but also the perfect base to combine with Marble Pearl, Melted Sparkle, or one of our other finishes.
