Can I also use the Pressed Brow Powder as an eye shadow?
No, we do not recommend this. The powder is too stiff to use as eye shadow. For eyeshadow, we recommend our specially formulated eyeshadow powders.
Can I also use the Pressed Brow Powder as an eyeliner?
