Velvety soft, intense mat and so easy to blend. Velvet Matte is the matte eyeshadow that you can actually use anywhere in your eye look. Blend a soft color through your arcade arch, create a completely mat lid or use a deeper shade to give your eyes more definition.

The soft, almost creamy powder texture gives beautifully color and is easy to build up. Start with a subtle haze of color or continue building layer by layer for more intensity. The formula distributes evenly over the skin and is developed for good adhesion and less fallout. Beautiful on its own but also the perfect base to combine with Marble Pearl, Melted Sparkle or one of our other finishes.
