Give every look a new dimension. Glass Topcoat puts a transparent, light-catching shimmer over your eye look, while the color remains clearly visible underneath. The fine pearls create a clear, almost mirror-like reflection that changes as soon as the light hits it. Apply it over your favorite eye shadow color to give it more shine and dimension, or wear it solo for a subtle transparent shimmer effect.
