Become Sales Representative - Beauty Advisor at L'OYÉ Cosmetics (16-40 hours)

Are you an enthusiastic beauty lover with a passion for customer contact and advice? L'OYÉ Cosmetics is looking for a driven Sales Associate to help our customers find the perfect products and offer them a luxury shopping experience.

Location: L'OYÉ Cosmetics Westfield Mall of the Netherlands, Leidschendam
Employment: 16- 40 hours per week, available at least 1 day on weekends and 1 shopping night every 2 weeks. In addition, flexible at busy times.
Times: As per opening hours Westfield Mall of the Netherlands.
Training: Available for several half-days on dates to be determined.

Your role as a Sales Representative - Beauty Advisor

As Sales Representative - Beauty Advisor at L'OYÉ, you are the face of our store and the expert who guides customers in their beauty choices. You will ensure that every customer receives a personalized and luxurious experience, both in-store and online.

What will you do?

• Ensure optimal service in the store: You will assist customers in the store with expert advice and provide a pleasant and upscale shopping experience.
• Providing comprehensive color advice: You will learn the art of advising on colors and product combinations based on customer needs.
• Personalized product advice: You will help customers with expert and customized advice to guide them to the best beauty products.
• Sales Promotion: You will receive training in upselling and cross-selling, not only selling products, but helping customers improve their experience by offering complementary products.
• Cash register duties and inventory control: You will process purchases efficiently at the cash register, manage inventory and keep accurate records of products.
• Contributing to the online community: You will play an active role in L'OYÉ's online brand experience and also help customers digitally with their beauty questions.
