Your role as Customer Service & Front Office Clerk

In this role, you will be a combination customer service hero and front office host(ess).
You are the first point of contact for:

• Customers who want to know: "Where is my package?"
• Beauty lovers who doubt their perfect color.
• Visitors, cooperation partners and other important appointments that come across our floor.

You provide a warm welcome at the office, a smile on the phone and a strong service experience online.

What will you do?

Customer service (service & experience)

• Answering customer inquiries via email, phone, WhatsApp and social media.
• Assist with questions regarding orders, delivery, returns and complaints (service-oriented, solution-oriented).
• Giving personal color- and product advice: you think along, watch and make people happy with the best advice.
• Thinking along about how we can make the customer journey even easier, more fun and more personal.

Front Office & hospitality

• Receiving guests and important appointments at our office in Eindhoven.
• Opening the door, welcoming people and making them feel comfortable right away.
• Preparing for meetings: providing coffee/tea, keeping room neat and presentable.
• Support arrangements with partners, press or other collaborations, for example. 

What do you bring?

• Minimum 1 year experience in customer service, front office, hospitality or similar role.
• Excellent communication skills in Dutch (written and oral).
• Service-oriented mindset: you get joy from really helping people.
• Affinity with makeup, color and beauty is a big plus, you enjoy thinking about looks and colors.
• You are presentable, welcoming, friendly and remain calm when there is a lot going on at once.
• You can physically work 2-3 days a week on location in Eindhoven.
