Vacancy: Salesperson - Beauty Advisor
Location: L'OYÉ Cosmetics Flagshipstore, Demer 23 - Eindhoven
Employment: 8 - 30 hours per week (min. 1 day on weekends)

We are looking for driven Sales Representatives who want to be more than a salesperson, someone who breathes hospitality, wants to become an expert in color consulting and is energized by a high-performance team.

What you will do:

• Guide clients in their search for the right color and products
• Providing comprehensive color advice tailored to skin type, style and preference
• Actively contribute to the shopping experience: appearance, atmosphere, service
• Perform cash register duties and inventory management with precision
• Thinking along in upselling, styling and enhancing customer loyalty
• Responding to beauty inquiries in the fan base and online community

You are:

• Representative, sociable and eager to learn
• Service-oriented with a natural sense of style and color
• Minimum Available 1 day per weekend + Flexible on busy days
• A team player with high standards and a sense of responsibility

Hours & availability:

We are looking for someone who:

• Available for 16 to 40 hours per week, hours negotiable
• Flexible to work on shopping nights, Saturdays/Sundays and vacations
• Can move with the dynamics of retail and beauty campaigns
