Return and Refund Policy

Of course, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from L’OYÉ Cosmetics. If, for any reason, you’d like to return an item, you’re welcome to do so. Please follow our return and refund policy as described below.

ATTENTION! 

  • Online orders: Products ordered through the L’OYÉ Webshop can only be returned via the online return process. It is not possible to return these products in a store.
  • Products purchased in a store: Items you buy in a Beauty Store cannot be returned through the L’OYÉ online store.

Register for a return

Return Policy for Online Orders

  1. Return period: You have the right to return your purchase within 14 days of receipt. Returns after this period will not be accepted.
  2. Product Status: We only accept returns of unopened and unused products. Since these are hygiene-related cosmetic items, opened products cannot be returned, and samples are not accepted for return. 
  3. Return Policy:
  • Click the button above 'Register for a return'
  • Enter your order number and ZIP code.
  • Select the items you want to return and the reason for the return.
  • Please pay the return shipping costs. You will receive your return label immediately so you can ship the package.

Return costs and compliance

  1. Return shipping costs: The return shipping fee is €4.95 within the Netherlands and €6.95 from Belgium.
  2. Compliance with the policy: We cannot process any returns that do not comply with this policy.

 

Return Policy of L'OYÉ Beauty Stores

  1. Return period: You have the right to return your purchase within 14 days of receipt. Returns made after this period will not be accepted.
  2. Product Status: We only accept returns of unopened and unused products. Since these are hygiene-related cosmetic items, opened products cannot be returned, and samples are not accepted for return. 
  3. Return Policy: Products purchased in-store may be exchanged or returned if you meet the conditions in points 1 and 2. 

 

Refund Policy

  1. Refund period: Once we have received and inspected your returned product, we will process your refund as soon as possible, but no later than 14 business days.
  2. Refund method: The refund will be issued via the same payment method used for the original purchase.
