V. van Wees-Spies I don't use the products myself. I gave a gift certificate of 100 euros to my daughter. Very unfortunate and unfair that the loyalty points are now lost. There should be a choice as to whether or not you want to donate the loyalty points earned from the purchase of such a voucher to the recipient. Now I feel a bit disadvantaged

Marleen Although it was clearly stated, I was expecting a gift card, nicely wrapped, made of paper. This is also more fun to give to someone else.
Also easier for me would be to be able to enter the amount I want to give myself.
Despite all this, the one who received it was very happy.
