  Notice: After booking your appointment through our online tool, we will contact you by phone within 3 business days to officially confirm the appointment. We check whether the right make-up artist is available. In some cases the appointment may have to be postponed or - on request - cancelled. Of course, in that case you will receive a full refund of your payment.

Our Beauty Experiences take place in both Beauty Stores, in our exclusive Make-up Room. An atmospheric space where you can completely unwind and enjoy a luxurious experience undisturbed.

Our Beauty Experiences are provided by carefully trained L'OYÉ Experts. They have in-depth knowledge of our products and guide you with attention and expertise. It is not possible to pre-book or indicate a preference for a specific Expert.

We recommend being present 10 minutes before the start. This gives you quiet time to have a cup of coffee or tea and prepare your skin with a refreshing cleanse.

Absolutely, the Beauty Experience is completely one-on-one or with your girlfriends. This way you get all the attention, have the space to ask all your questions and can enjoy a personalized experience in peace.

Afterwards, the Expert will personally guide you through the assortment. This moment offers space for additional questions and gives you the opportunity to discover the products at your leisure and to purchase them directly.

During the Beauty Experience you will receive an extensive explanation of our products, including personal tips on which shades look best on you and how to apply them. While enjoying a cup of coffee or tea you will discover everything that enhances your natural beauty. Note: the products are not included, but you will receive expert advice and plenty of inspiration to use them perfectly.

The Beauty Experience is basically aimed at adults, given the content and intensity of the session. However, would your daughter like to learn how to make up? Then she is more than welcome from the age of 15.

You don't need to bring anything at all. We have everything you need. All you need to bring is a smile!

Running late? We will do our best to still make your Beauty Experience happen, schedule permitting. If you are significantly late and therefore the session cannot take place, it is unfortunately not possible to reschedule.

The Beauty Experience cannot be cancelled but you can easily reschedule up to 48 hours in advance via the booking confirmation you received by email.

You can modify your workshop up to 48 hours in advance yourself via the link in the confirmation email you received when booking. After that deadline, modification is no longer possible and your booked time will unfortunately be cancelled.
