How can I clean the Palette?
You can easily clean the Palette with all-purpose cleaner and a microfiber cloth. This will remove dust, powder residue and fingerprints without damaging the surface.
What is the sheet you get with the Mini, Midi and Maxi Palettes for?
The sheet that comes with the Palette is a mirror protector. This protects the mirror during transport and keeps it clean until you start using the Palette.
Which Palettes are equipped with a mirror?
The Mini, Midi, Maxi Palettes are all equipped with a mirror so you can easily apply your makeup wherever you are.
How do the Pressed Eyeshadows stay in place?
The Palette is magnetic, which means the eyeshadow pans stay firmly in place even when the Palette is not fully filled. This prevents the eyeshadows from shifting or falling out.
